Shipping Policy
Shipping is just as important as your order, because if it arrives damaged it's worthless. We take great care to protect your piece and insure every movement of its transit.
From receipt of your order, we confirm the type of shipping that is most protective of it.
UNSTRETCHED REPRODUCTIONS - We use a waterproof tube and roll your piece, secure its cap, and affix your label. This method is most economical.
STRETCHED PIECES - You have the option to unstretch the piece and have it shipped in an oblong box similar to boxed flower delivery. The paper or canvas is protected in waterproof packaging separate from the stretch slats. You are responsible to restretch the piece. We are not responsible for restretching expenses or difficulties.
If you do not want the piece unstretched, a custom box to protect all dimensions of the piece is used.
INTERNATIONAL FEES & TARIFFS
Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, tariffs, duties, and delivery fees.
