We believe that bringing art into your home or office should be inspiring, seamless, and worry-free. Our return and exchange policy is designed with clarity and simplicity, so you can collect with confidence. This policy protects you as the buyer of unique, exclusive art.
Refund Policy - the basics
In most instances, all sales are final and may not be refunded.
DAMAGES
Pieces damaged in transit may be refunded. Pieces are insured with shipping. Damaged deliveries must be made known within 10 days of receipt. Simply email me a photo of the damage, and we will work together to exercise the insurance policy. Successful claims can be refunded or used to replace the identical item. For original artwork, the claim will represent the purchase price and the loss to the artist.
EXCHANGES
Requests for a resized piece must be made within 30 calendar days from receipt. Simply email me your desired size. Downsize requests will be honored at no charge upon safe return of the larger item you purchased. Exchanges for enlargements and upsizing will require you to pay the price difference. You will pay for shipping, and handling for the return and the outbound shipping. Insurance is strongly recommended, as loss during shipping will result in total loss.
IN-PERSON RETURN
For local purchases, a partial refund on the same day of the unopened item will be accepted as purchase price less 10% restocking fee.
